International Opportunities
As the number of our international development partners grows, we increasingly require international staff support to ensure transparency and accountability in our international operations.
These international volunteers conduct partnership feasibility studies, develop institutional contacts, and open new programs in previously unpartnered regions.
Additionally, as we launch our micro-loan/donation programs in the spring of 2009, we will begin to solicit international volunteers to expand our financial institutional partnerships throughout southern Africa.
Volunteers will be expected to formalize operational agreements with potential micro-finance institution (MFI) partners, train MFI partners in our standardized lending process, and conduct an initial sequence of loans to the new partner institution.
