Simataa, Caprivi, Namibia Located 40 miles southwest of Katima Mulilo, the village of Simataa is the largest in the Sibinda region of Caprivi. As a result, the village hosts the only secondary school in the area. Because many of the school's students come from villages located miles away, nearly 400 students call Simataa Secondary's hostel their home. With grades 8-12 instructed at Simataa, the need for information communications technology is self-evident.
