Welcome to Promote Africa
Development:

The Namibian Training Authority (NTA)

The NTA is Namibia's key instrument for driving the transformation of Vocational Education and Training into a dynamic component of Namibia's pursuit of higher standards of living through industrialization and the development of a knowledge based economy. In order to realize this, the NTA ensures increased effectiveness and efficiency of vocational education and training to produce a competent and employable workforce for an industrialized Namibia. Our partnership with the NTA provides opportunities for our staff to conduct market studies, needs analysis, tracer studies and project training to support the NTA's efforts. Learn more...

The Community Skills Development Foundation (COSDEF)

The Community Skills Development Foundation was launched by the Namibian Ministry of Higher Education, Training and Employment Creation in 1998. This important initiative arose to assist early school leavers and unemployed/unskilled youth to access practical, market-relevant competency-based training.
Its basic approach is for development projects to be more community-based, with management groups more representative and answerable in terms of decision-making and financial control. Our partnership with COSDEF gives both parties the opportunity to design vocational training strategies that are relevant to community needs. Learn more..

Music:

As a non-profit music label, we represent musicians from all over the continent. Our goal is to serve as a comprehensive portal for African music. By featuring the musicians that we've discovered within in a larger directory of previously recognized musicians, we hope to provide a platform for the distribution of African music. To see the artists that we work directly with, check out our Featured Musicians page.

BlastMyMusic

BlastMyMusic is an online service that allows listeners to buy music directly from their favorite bands. Therefore, as a customer, you can know that when you buy music from a band using their services, you are directly supporting your favorite artists! BlastMyMusic has agreed to drop their standard rate of 35% to 25% for musicians selling through PromoteAfrica.Org, which guarantees the highest possible rate of return on music sales made through our site.

UGA Music Business Program

The Terry College of Business Music Business program aims to develop business leaders for the music industry. By integrating content from a variety of disciplines, the program creates an intellectual synergy beyond what students can achieve in either business or music programs separately. Our partnership grants us music recording, production and advertising services, while giving interns unique exposure to the international Artists and Repertoire (A&R) arena.
