In partnership with The Namibian Training Authority (NTA), Promote Africa is working to support community development via the Community Skills Development Foundation (COSDEF) to reduce poverty in eight disadvantaged Namibian communities. We are building our relationship with the NTA and hope to offer international internships in the coming months.       COSDEF initiatives, such as SME development, household water delivery management, and waste-recycling projects, are aimed at sustainability by providing vocational training to empower citizens to dictate community development efforts themselves.
